Corrections

When we get something wrong, we fix it in the open.

Accuracy matters more to us than speed. When we learn that a story has an error, we correct it as soon as we can confirm the right information.

A corrected or updated story carries a note at the top saying what changed and when. We don't quietly delete or rewrite mistakes.

Request a correction

If you see something wrong in a story, tell us which story and what's wrong, and if you can, where we can confirm the correct information. Send it through our tip form or message us on Facebook.
