Somerset County man charged with exposing himself to young children

A 29-year-old Somerset County man is facing charges after he allegedly exposed himself repeatedly to a family's young children while he was staying with them at their home in Black Township. An arrest is not a finding of guilt.

A 29-year-old Somerset County man is facing charges after he allegedly exposed himself repeatedly to a family's young children while he was staying with them at their home in Black Township.

Isaac Briggs blamed his alleged actions on what he called "a lifelong porn addiction."

Briggs was arraigned this week and is free on unsecured bond.

The children and their family are not being identified.

Charges are allegations. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
